a few things to know.

Read is operated by Siddharth Pandro in India. These terms describe the Read service, website, and subscriptions. Contact notcodesid@gmail.com if anything is unclear.

You are responsible for your account and for using Read lawfully. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person’s data, interfere with its security, or use it to distribute unlawful content.

The iOS app licence is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different licence is supplied through the App Store. These service terms do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

Articles belong to their authors and publishers. Saving something in Read does not transfer ownership or give permission to republish it. Import only content you are entitled to access and use; Read does not promise to bypass paywalls, account requirements, or publisher restrictions.

Extraction depends on the source website. Some pages may not import completely or may stop working. External content and links remain the responsibility of their publishers. You remain responsible for what you share or export.

Read includes a core reader; selected features require Read Pro. Read Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription through Apple. The paywall shows the features, localized price, billing period, and any eligible trial before you confirm a purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm, or at the end of an eligible free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends.

A 14-day trial is offered where displayed and subject to Apple’s eligibility rules. After the trial, the selected subscription renews at the price shown unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. See Apple’s subscription cancellation guide.

Restore Purchases reconnects eligible purchases made with the same Apple Account; it does not create a new subscription. Deleting Read or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

TestFlight purchases are sandbox transactions and do not charge real money. App Store purchases are billed under Apple’s terms.

Reading Focus uses Screen Time authorization to restrict the apps, categories, or websites you choose during a timed session. It does not promise to silence all notifications or block every distraction. You can end the session in Read. Availability depends on device support, permission, and Apple’s system behavior.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. You can export highlights and notes and delete your account. Keep your own copy of important notes; exports already shared with other services are managed by those services.

We may restrict access if it is necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal obligations. Contact us if you think a restriction was applied in error.

We may update Read and these terms as the service evolves. We will update the date on this page and provide notice where required. Features can depend on third-party services and may occasionally be interrupted. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
